Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable and is necessary to confirm the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance must be settled 7 business days before your event date. In case of cancellation, a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued only if the full balance has been paid in advance and cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.
